Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

1. Exchange & Return Process :-
Womenline offers its customers an easy Exchange/Return Policy, where you can raise an Exchange/Return request of products purchased on www.womenline.in, for all garments. The return request is required to be made within 3 Days after delivery and the exchange request is required to be made within 3 Days of delivery of the product(s). We also accept partial returns where you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order. However, partial return shall not mean breaking garment set. Once you receive the product, please make sure you make an unboxing video for the same so as to have a video & photo proof which will be required in case on any refunds or claims.
2. Terms & Conditions for Exchange & Return :-
· Time Period: You can Return/Exchange items within 3 days of delivery.
· Product Condition: The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked at our end.
· Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the online description.
· Intimation For Return / Exchange: - Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same. We will issue an exchange once we received the product back at our office. · Approval :- All Returns and Exchange are subject to approval
· Procedure: - Customer have to courier us of return order (Subject to above condition satisfy) once we received courier then we will assist you if you want exchange or refund. You are required to courier the product at the below address: -

Please note that we are not accepting any returns/refunds. We only give a one-time exchange within 3 days of delivery.
3. Cancellation & Refund:-
We aim to keep in stock every product displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable due to any reason, we will inform you via email within two (2) working days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, you will have the option of either substituting your product with a same or higher priced product or canceling the order. In case of cancellations, a refund will be initiated accordingly.
An easy cancellation process is available for all our valued customers:
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped, by going into the My Accounts section of www.womenline.in and placing a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order or email on womenlinefashion@gmail.com or whatsapp on +91 8155897120 (or before product dispatch, whichever is earlier) and your Entire order amount will be refunded to the source of the payment.
Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:
o Genuine quality issues
o Packages lost in transit
o If a wrong item has been delivered to you
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
o Design and color variations with original product dispatch.
o Products returned in a used or damaged condition
Refunds will be made after we have received the product and recently verified it. Exceptions to the above would be made if the package has been lost in transit where the customer needs to provide the Courier slip with AWB number.
4. Claiming Refunds:
Our refund takes around 10 to 15 working days after initiating the same. Refund will be credited in the same account which was used for making order payment*
*Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
The Company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
